Leela, remember the wondrous peaches of good old Fredricksburg? Free-stone, and so full of juice you'd think you might drown biting into it. I sure miss those sometimes. Not enough to live in Texas, though.
oh yes, fredricksburg peaches are tops! we got these from a stand near the gorge and one was perfect, two were okay, and one was mealy and bland. you would have much better odds in texas.
